A graduate of ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, I have pursued visual storytelling since winning a coloring contest as a child at a local fair – and a photo with Smokey the Bear! As a student, I earned a spot in the Society of Illustrators’ New York gallery and my college career helped funded by various honorary donations for potential shown in the art field, an honor that helped launch my professional career as a freelance artist working on editorial, commercial, and independent projects.
